Effective October 1st, 2010, Coach America will be providing daily round-trip service between Boone & Charlotte. The round-trip route, which will serve Boone, Lenoir, Hickory, Lincolnton, Gastonia, & Charlotte, will operate seven days a week.
Ticket fares and scheduled stop locations can be downloaded above, click on MOUNTAINEER. Tickets can be purchase online at Greyhound.com, near the Appalachian State University bus stop (Phil’s Citgo, 168 Hardin St), at the Hickory bus stop, at the Gastonia bus stop or at the Charlotte bus stop. Prepaid tickets will receive priority seating. Tickets can also be purchased directly from the driver, exact change is required.
** DETOUR UPDATE ** : Hwy 321 Construction update. Every Monday and Wednesday evening passengers destined to Boone from Charlotte and points south of Lenoir should expect a delay of approximately 90 minutes for their arrival in Boone due to the construction detour.
